Dell chooses Windows 8 over Android for tablets

Dell is very famous mostly for its desktop and laptop PCs, but they also developed tablet  and  lead out the market. Dell’s Dell streak 5 and Dell Streak 7 are the known tablets in the world. Now dell would stick with android for their future tablets, but they decided to get Windows 8 for all upcoming tablets. CEO Micheal Dell “Android is certainly another opportunity as well, but that market has not developed to the expectations they would have had.”. Its seems like Dell has been unimpressed by the performance of their android based devices and decided to have Windows 8 in the future tablets

Samsung unveils Honeycomb-running Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus

Samsung has introduced its another member of Android-powered tablets. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 which  runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb packs the Exynos chipset of 1.2 GHz processor, having 7″ PLS LCD of 1024 x 600 pixels, 3 MegaPixel main camera at the back which also does 720p video and a 2 MegaPixel front camera for video calling or chatting.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus has a GSM/GPRS/EDGE support with 3G with 21 Mbps HSPA. It has 1GB of RAM and comes with 16GB and 32GB also having a microSD memory card slot. it has 4,000 mAh battery and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus weighs only 345g.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will available in Indonesia and Austria at the end of october and also worldwide, but now pricing info has not been revealed.
