Samsung to Seek Ban on iPhone 4S Sales in France and Italy

As Mac Rumors wrote that Samsung to Seek Ban on iPhone 4S Sales in France and Italy0 because Apple’s new iPhone is ban to sale its devices over intellectual property infringement and Samsung announced to indeed its requests in france and italy.

Samsung Electronics will file separate preliminary injunction motions in Paris, France and Milano, Italy on October 5 local time requesting the courts block the sale of Apple’s iPhone 4S in the respective markets.

Samsung’s preliminary injunction requests in France and Italy will each cite two patent infringements related to wireless telecommunications technology, specifically Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) standards for 3G mobile handsets.

Apple Seeds OS X 10.7.2 Build 11C71 And iWork For iOS Beta 4 To Developers

Only 2 days left for Apple’s media event where it is expected to unveil its product iPhone 5 and also to announce the releasing date of iOS 5 and iCloud. Apple has recently seeded OS X Lion 10.7.3 and iWork for its iOS 4 Beta to developer for testing it. It also seeded iTunes 10.5 beta 9 to developer 2 days before.

According to iPhone hacks, AppleInsider reported that Apple also sent out email to developers but unfortunately link is not working.
