Samsung to Seek Ban on iPhone 4S Sales in France and Italy

As Mac Rumors wrote that Samsung to Seek Ban on iPhone 4S Sales in France and Italy0 because Apple’s new iPhone is ban to sale its devices over intellectual property infringement and Samsung announced to indeed its requests in france and italy.

Samsung Electronics will file separate preliminary injunction motions in Paris, France and Milano, Italy on October 5 local time requesting the courts block the sale of Apple’s iPhone 4S in the respective markets.

Samsung’s preliminary injunction requests in France and Italy will each cite two patent infringements related to wireless telecommunications technology, specifically Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) standards for 3G mobile handsets.

Apple Posts iOS 5 Golden Master Seed for Developers

Apple yesterday posted the Golden Master release of iOS 5 to developers last afternoon with a build number of 9A334 also with the announcement of shipping date of iOS 5.

Apple also notes that “must use iTunes 10.5 beta 7 to install iOS 5 GM seed on your devices because iOS 5 golden master is not available over the air software update”, but users must back up their devices via iCloud before installing the Golden Master. Apple also posted that GM seed of Xcode 4.2 as well, that the GM seed can not be used to submit Apple iOS 5 applications to the Apple app store for review.

Apple Seeds OS X 10.7.2 Build 11C71 And iWork For iOS Beta 4 To Developers

Only 2 days left for Apple’s media event where it is expected to unveil its product iPhone 5 and also to announce the releasing date of iOS 5 and iCloud. Apple has recently seeded OS X Lion 10.7.3 and iWork for its iOS 4 Beta to developer for testing it. It also seeded iTunes 10.5 beta 9 to developer 2 days before.

According to iPhone hacks, AppleInsider reported that Apple also sent out email to developers but unfortunately link is not working.

iTunes 10.5 beta 9 releases by Apple to Developers

After the previous beta version of iTunes, Apples releases its iTunes 10.5 beta 9 to developers for leading up their iPhone and other media events. iTunes 10.5 beta 9 is need for developers who are interested to make out iTunes match service and the known issues usual list.

Developers iCloud music libraries will be deleted at the end of the beta version of iTunes, they should maintain their local copies of music libraries as apples continues to warn them.

iTunes 10.1.2 Released, Required for CDMA iPhone 4

Apple has just released their updated version of iTunes 10.1.2 which has minor update having more performance improvements and more along with mainly support of CDMA based iPhone 4.This version of Apple iTunes comes with different new features like: you can syncs music, movies, and more with iPhone 4 (CDMA model) and provides a number of important stability and performance improvements.
