Another latest news about iOS 4.3 is that iPhone iOS 4.3 have revised their baseband 4.10.01 version. And this baseband is already revised three times along with their beta release of iOS4.3, so there is no unlock available yet for this baseband.
Dev team will develop unlock for their baseband 4.10.01 final release of iOS 4.3 so keep an aye on it.
