I really didn’t know about this update. My friend came to me and asked me to Re-Install his Phone’s Software, when I connected his Phone, Pc Suite notified me that there is a update for Nokia 5130 XpressMusic.

Previous firmware version was v7.91, updated version is v.95.

Note:

• Dont disconnect the Cable while Updating.
• If your phone’s screen go white and blank, don’t take it serious or don’t switch off because it may cause damage to your phone’s functioning or your phone may stop working.
• Downloading of Update could take 10 – 12 minutes, depend on your Internet Connection Speed.
• While installing Update, some notifications like, Nokia 5130c-2 disconnected via USB will pop-up from Notification Area.

How To Update?

You can update your phone by using Nokia Software Updater (NSU) or by Nokia OVI Suite.
