Sony released an offical PS3 frimware update v3.56 which brought fixes to the previous jailbreaks. The new PS3 update v3.56 was jailbroken within no time i.e soon after its release. It is expected that Sony will release yet another new update, PS3 firmware 3.57.
In the coming few days to cover this new jailbreak. Playing online which new PS3 firmware 3.56 jailbreak is still not known, but it is recommended that the users should at least not give it a try and check.

Another update from apple DevTeam about unlock for iPhone 3GS & iOS 4, As per him there is no unlock will be released until after 4.2.5 or offical 4.3 (whichever is last) is out. Which means if iOS 4.3 comes out after 4.2.5 then unlock will be released only after iOS 4.3.
The iOS 4.2.5 is the firmware version of Verizon iPhone 4 and iOS 4.3 Beta 1 and it is already out only for developers not for normal person. It makes sense to release unlock only after the firmware version which will come last.
